Holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Law and a Finance & Property DESS (University post-graduate professional degree), with distinction, he began his career in a structural engineering firm, then joined KEOPS (Nexity branch) in 1998, where he spent 7 years as Manager of the East Paris Offices/Activities Team.

From 2001 onwards he developed acquisition and brokering operations in Paris and in Ile de France in collaboration with the Kéops Investment Department.

In 2005 he joined the Investment Department of Savills as deputy Director, where he developed outsourcing and consultation operations for acquisition and brokering for private property developers and institutional investors in France, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

In 2007 he took over the management of the Mansford Paris office responsible for acquisition and brokering operations in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. 25 million Euros were to be invested in 2008. In terms of brokering, he initiated and supervised the sale of a total of 30,000 m2 of office space in French-speaking Switzerland worth over 180 million CHF at the end of 2008.

In 2009, after 12 years in these companies, and having amassed considerable experience and instruction, he wanted to found a private property centre aimed at sharing and making available his knowhow gained in the fields of multi-product property investment, asset development and consultation applied to specific problems.

Who are we ?

Jericho, an independent private company, is engaged in three activities within the property sector:

Multi-product” asset investment, these products having the common characteristic that they have the potential for creating value through the establishment of a strategy appropriate for the asset purchased (work on vacant plots, development, own, etc.).

Asset Management, by making our skills available to our partners in terms of “asset development” (selection of investments and realisation, leasing, brokering, etc.). In order to focus on this development task, Jericho outsources its leasing, technical and accounts management by offering the most professional services in each sector, but centralising “reporting” with its investor partners.

Consulting, by making available to our partners our know-how in solving specific property problems and in the renewable energies sector and more specifically in the field of photovoltaics.
