Jericho Investment puts in bids for properties or co-ownership lots after closely studying the short- or medium-term development potential (relocation, breakdown, change of assignment, etc.). By adopting a resolutely “multi-product” approach it targets its investment policy on assets of very different kinds (offices, business premises, shops and industrial or logistic warehouses). In every case it analyses the relevance of the asset, considered in the context of its environment with its own peculiar qualities, so that its value creation value can be evaluated – and realised.
In fact Jericho Investment is always mindful of the fact that the market value of a property is as important as its yield. Its investment strategy, enhanced by sound experience and constant reflection, is therefore based on the optimisation and development of each class of asset. It uses a range of tools to achieve this: leasing of vacant areas, perpetuation of current leases, technical restructuring to adapt the property to the leasing demand in the market, extending to change of assignment. In line with its duty of flexibility, Jericho Investment adapts its method of intervention to each situation.
- It may act as a “joint venture”, each property being placed in an ad hoc company set up to acquire property, or by buying back the shares in the target company holding the asset.
- It may acquire empty property for redeveloping by adapting itself to the market (e.g. by reorganising the breakdown of areas of the property). The operation will then not only involving leasing these areas but of transferring them in whole or in part to users.
- It may also engage in outsourcing operations with the aim of following the growth and future property developments of the companies concerned.

The lifecycle of a property investment generally evolves in three successive phases: acquisition, development, brokering. In addition to the purely property section – such as assisting in negotiating with its investor partners – Jericho Consulting wanted to link its operation to proactive logic in the Renewable Energies field. In fact, being aware of the ecological challenges and conscious of technological progress, it has developed its consultation and investment operations in photovoltaic panel installation projects.
