In partnership with Gauthier Costentin Investissements Jericho has acquired
Techniparc, realized in 2006 by Goodman and fully let to three tenants on a 6 year fix lease.
These premises of business/office buildings are located in Paris du Val d’Europe (Business Park). This
180 hectares park offers a large panel of services (e.g. hotels, restaurant, fitness center, bank, Post
office …).
Val d’Europe benefits from an ideal location within the national and international access road network (Direct access via the A4 motorway: 8mn from Roissy CDG Airport, 1h15 from Bruxelles , 2h15 from London. Public transports: 6mn from the RER A train station and 10mn from the TGV train station).
October 2010 : new building of sqm 12,700 in LE MANS (72)
In partnership with Ojirel, Jericho has acquired the latest production unit in France of the Deutsch group, worldwide leader in high performance connection equipments (e.g. off shore, aeronautics, railway, heavy goods vehicles…).
The premises were delivered in September 2010 and develop sqm 12,700 of business/office buildings on a sqm 50,000 land.
This operation is consistent with the company investments criterias i.e.: High quality signature, Group Deutch (Wendel Group “Core”: subsidiary), lease duration (9 year firm lease), high quality building (Brand new building), “Value-added” (An extension is already scheduled in 3-4 years). The land enable a theoric SHON of sqm 32,500.
March 2010 : The GALAXIE 3.000 m² of offices in ORMES (45)
In partnership with Ojirel, we have realized our second acquisition: a complex of three office buildings for a total area of sqm 3,000: “The Galaxie”.
This real estate development is located at the entrance of the “Pôle 45”; business park of 350 ha, which counts more that 200 enterprises (for 7000 employments) et which represents the 2nd biggest business park of the Orléans - Val de Loire region.
This business park, close to Orléans, benefits from a direct access to the Highway A10 (Orléans Nord exit) and offers various services (e.g. nursery, hotels and restaurants, buses network displaid by Orleans, ...).
The Galaxie, already let to different tenants (such as Manpower, Koné, Nurses Order Regional Committee,...) offers a large flexibility on its commercialization thanks to modular & available areas at an attractive rate.
October 2009 : The Green Park space, sqm 4,453 of business/office in SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY (91)
Our first acquisition, in partnership with the Aubert Group, was the erection of three separate business/office buildings occupying an area of 4.450 m2 and delivered in 2001: the Green Park space.
This development is located in the Carré Senart area (65,000 m² of shops, restaurants, services), created in 2002.
At the foot of Green Park Golf and Novotel, and in the immediate vicinity of the A104-A6 artery and the future “Tzen” (joint Sénart-Corbeil transport link, the Green Park Space consists of seven cells occupying an area of between 550 m² and 682 m², each cell being capable of being divided into two allowing considerable marketing flexibility.
The Green Park space has also a possible connection to the broadband network (fiber-optic communication).
